Testimonials
"Simply said: Sam Wayne and team is ‘the best of the best’. I am so grateful for Sam Wayne and the team for the incredible job they did representing my families property in downtown Bellevue WA. We were “blown away” with the smoothness of the process and more importantly the final outcome. After meeting Sam It was clear that I found the right guy/team to represent my family’s property. Sam is a good listener and adviser. I knew that I was represented by the “best expert/ professional” available. He absolutely delivered above and beyond our expectations!"

Testimonials
"It’s difficult to adequately express my gratitude for your persistent endeavor for me and my son. Your acumen, patience, and general kindness in pursuing the short sale of our property in Seattle has been a saving grace for us. It seemed there were so many attempted obstacles. You were relentless in your pursuit of a suitable outcome, and equally important was your positive attitude and generosity with your time, always keeping us up to date."
