About
Aaron Valdez is a broker specializing in commercial properties in the greater Denver market. Aaron brings more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience and partners with clients to develop a strategic approach in the leasing, sales, and the acquisition of industrial properties/land, and advises on market potential for income-producing investments. His portfolio includes all commercial property types, and he has completed transactions of more than $1 billion in transaction value, leased/sold more than 25 million square feet and bought/sold over 1,200 acres of development land. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aaron managed a team of analysts and strategic consultants who provided financial and investment analysis for commercial developments throughout the country. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in finance and an emphasis in real estate.
