CHICAGO, April 28, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm represented Oak Brook, Illinois-based MWI Property Group in leasing 36,149 square feet to a Fortune 100 Aerospace company at Libertyville 45 Corporate Center located within the Lake County Submarket in Libertyville, Illinois.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Keith Puritz, Marc Samuels, Brett Kroner and Eric Fischer were the sole brokers in the transaction. This is the first tenant at the new speculative development, which delivered in 2025.
Located at 1850 and 1900 U.S. Highway 45 in Libertyville, Libertyville Corporate Center includes two buildings totaling 334,299 square feet, with a maximum contiguous space of 169,065 square feet. The state-of-the-art property includes 4,449 square feet of spec office, 48 docks, 32-foot clear heights and above standard parking counts. In addition to its immediate access to Route 45, it is within a five-minute drive of Interstate 94 and offers companies growth-flexibility with multiple unit sizes available along with an opportunity to lease or own.
