For 16+ years, Adam has focused on the region served by the I-81/I-78 Corridor in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, as well as the Lehigh Valley Industrial Markets. After 7 years specializing in the Central PA Warehousing and Distribution Corridor with family owned and operated Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Adam joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Brokerage Group in 2011. Adam currently holds National Leadership Positions in both Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Practice Group and Senior Supply Chain Services Group.

Mr. Campbell has provided a wide range of industrial real estate consulting and developed long term relationships with both institutional and local landlords, developers and tenants in the Central PA Industrial Market and also regular National Tenant Representation. Additional services to these clients include Leasing, Underwriting, Renewal Negotiations, Investment Sales, Land, Acquisitions/Dispositions and more.

Before entering the Real Estate Industry, Mr. Campbell worked as a Mutual Fund Accountant with Emerging Markets Company, City of London Investment Management, and also was a licensed Investment Broker in Philadelphia, PA.
