Adam Pastor is a Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Southern California, where he specializes in the structuring and execution of industrial sales, joint ventures, and recapitalization transactions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Pastor served as a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured for two decades. During his tenure, he was instrumental in advising on and executing some of the most significant industrial real estate transactions across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transactions totaling more than $180 billion in logistics assets.

Mr. Pastor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is a licensed Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) and a California State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He resides in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Shanda, and their two daughters, Ava and Noa.
