Alec Rhodes has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties since 1993. Alec has leased and sold in excess of $3 billion of industrial real estate, including more than 30 million square feet of buildings and over 4,000 acres of land for development.

His deal experience is broad, spanning virtually every aspect of the commercial real estate spectrum, with a specific focus on both investment sales and occupier representation. Alec is passionate about connecting clients to new opportunities. His acumen and negotiating skills have paved the way for significant cost savings and value creation for his clients.

Alec has worked hard to make an impact with many civic, community, and non-profit organizations, holding several non-profit board positions, co-directing The Children’s Hospital Burn Camp for young burn survivors, and coaching countless youth lacrosse, basketball and football teams.
