Amanda Gerhardt is an integral member of Cushman & Wakefield’s NYC Logistics & Industrial Services team led by Helen Paul and Rico Murtha, where she serves both asset and business service line clients in New York City and its Outer Boroughs. With five years of industry experience, Amanda utilizes her expertise and knowledge of the market to deliver exemplary client service throughout the entire leasing process. Her exceptional communication and negotiation skills allow her to drive business growth and cultivate strong relationships with her clients and other industry professionals. Amanda’s specialty is creating efficiencies for her clients as they navigate the dynamic industrial market, leveraging her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to create a seamless transaction from beginning to end.

Prior to joining the Midtown Manhattan office, Amanda spent three years at Cushman & Wakefield’s alliance firm, Commercial Advisors, in Memphis, Tennessee. While there, she trained under the consistently top ranked brokerage teams in the region, sparking her interest in the industrial market. In addition, Amanda was involved in C&W’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) where she served as Chapter Lead.

Amanda is an active member of the New York Junior League and serves on the Senior Friends committee. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi in 2018.
