Andrew Berry is a Director in the New York Investment Sales Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he represents landlords on the disposition of their commercial real estate in New York City. His experience spans all asset classes including office, multifamily, retail, industrial and development.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, Andrew has handled the sale of over $1,500,000,000 worth of commercial real estate in New York City. Notable transactions include the $284 million sale of the fee position of 760 Madison Avenue, the $111.5 million portfolio sale of four residential conversion buildings on the Upper West Side at 30 Morningside Heights, the sale of a seven building Manhattan portfolio for $63,500,000 and the disposition of the retail and garage condominium at 301 West 53rd Street, to name a few. Andrew’s client base includes the full spectrum of ownership types including institutions, REITs, family offices, private equity groups and not-for-profits.
Andrew graduated from Bates College in 2013 where he was a starting defenseman for the men’s varsity lacrosse team.
