About

Andy Heymann started with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago as an intern in 2011 before coming on full time in 2013 as an Associate in office tenant representation. He has quickly progressed to the role of Senior Director and a rising leader within C&W’s Chicago office. Andy’s business is focused on serving companies from early-stage startups to law firms to public corporations, actively executing on transactions in Chicago and around the globe. Andy not only helps clients use their real estate to support business functions, but he develops close relationships to understand his clients’ true needs, allowing them to use their real estate as an asset to maximize profitability. In 2017 and 2018, Andy co-lead the Chicago Chapter of CWFL (Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders), which saw membership grow from 40 to 115 members while raising funds for Ronald McDonald House. Andy is an active member of the Chicago community, currently serving as an executive board member of the Auxiliary Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
