Tony Avendt specializes in the brokerage of commercial real estate. Based in metro Detroit, emphasis is placed on industrial real estate, including sales and leases of logistics, manufacturing, office, R&D facilities, and land representing both users and investors. Other transactions include sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits and land assemblages. Tony approaches every client’s requirement with responsiveness, creativity, in-depth market knowledge and a commitment to their unique business needs.  This approach has led to engagements across North America, including multi-market tenant representation across the United States, build-to-suits in Mexico and dispositions in Canada.
