Beau Kaleel has more than 18 years of real estate and sales experience and is Managing Director of a brokerage team with Jim Foreman, Allison Bergmann and Michael Foreman. As a part of a dynamic industrial and investment team Mr. Kaleel applies his knowledge of real estate, distribution and supply chain management to accurately and effectively assist landlords in project leasing and corporate clients with their real estate requirements.

Mr. Kaleel completed over 94 transactions in 2019 for a total aggregate value in excess of $265 million. In addition, his lease transactions total more than 5 million square feet for 2019.. 

Mr. Kaleel is recognized for his historically high record of closing transactions and his ability to handle complex and significant assignments. He is also recognized for his strategic and consultative approach and commitment to industrial clients and their global real estate needs.

Received his BS degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University (2001), where he was also an officer for The Professional Association for Industrial Distribution 

Team recipient of C&W’s National Service Excellence Award, recognizing the Foreman/Kaleel team for their exemplary client service (2007, 2008 and 2009) 

SIOR Vice President and 3- year Board member

Active member in several professional and civic organizations, including the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) 

Rising Star finalist for the Houston chapter of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association 

Former Ambassador of the Greater Houston Partnership where he served as a liaison between the Partnership and its members
