Betty McIntosh brings more than 30 years of experience in assisting major U.S. and international clients in making strategic decisions related to expansion and relocation decisions. She has represented clients in automotive, consumer markets, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, steel, telecommunications, IT solutions, and retail industries.
Ms. McIntosh has secured business incentives for all manner of real estate transactions, including manufacturing, corporate headquarters, distribution and warehousing, IT engineering, and shared services. She obtains savings for various types of projects through her strong relationships, tax and financial knowledge, and negotiation skills.
Ms. McIntosh has successfully secured over $4 billion in incentives for her clients. She joined C&W in 2006. Prior to 2006, she was a Partner with one of the Big Four accounting firms. She is nationally recognized as an expert on economic development issues and has been quoted in publications including The Wall Street Journal and CFO Magazine. She was formerly Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of MultiState Taxation and Incentives and is currently on their Advisory Board. She also has served on the Board of Directors for the GA Foreign Trade Zone for over 15 years.

Ms. McIntosh received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Memphis. She is a CPA.
