Bianca Di Mauro is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office, where she specializes in both Landlord and Tenant representation. She is focused on developing forward-thinking real estate strategies that align with her client’s business and financial objectives. Bianca is currently on the landlord agency teams for SL Green Realty Corp, Boston Properties, RXR Realty, Vanbarton Group, W.R. Berkley, Marx Realty and Glorious Sun NY, while also servicing national tenants in the technology, media, finance, and professional service industries.  

Bianca joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a member of the firm’s Professional Real Estate Program (“PREP”), a comprehensive 12-month rotational program through the company’s multiple service lines. Bianca rotated through Strategic Advisory, Retail Leasing, and Valuation & Advisory, where she gained comprehensive business development skills and a strong grasp of base underwriting and financial analysis. 

Prior to her time at Cushman & Wakefield, Bianca received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration within the SC Johnson College of Business. This area of study afforded Bianca an invaluable opportunity to integrate her knowledge of finance, real estate, and commercial transactions to better serve her clients.
