Bo McKown is a Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group with over eight years of Capital Markets experience across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. During his career, Bo has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions including investment sales, equity recapitalizations, and debt placement across all property types.

Bo has been instrumental in the development of the region’s most successful Capital Markets Team and involved in numerous high-profile, institutional transactions throughout the Virginia market over the past few years. His main specialty is investment sales for income-producing industrial, flex, and office assets in the region. Recent clients represented include Link Logistics, Brennan Investment Group, Phoenix Investors, and Red Rock Development.

Bo was previously with JLL’s Capital Markets Group in Washington DC, where he served two years as an Analyst for the Investment Sales and Real Estate InvestmentBanking teams.
