Bradley Smith entered the appraisal profession in June of 1996 as an associate appraiser with Broome, Lothrop & Associates in Knoxville, Tennessee. In April of 2001, he joined Cushman & Wakefield as a staff appraiser. Brad became a member of the Valuation & Advisory Retail Practice Group in March of 2005.

He has performed valuation of vacant land and income producing properties such as freestanding retail buildings, convenience stores, neighborhood and power/community shopping centers, industrial facilities (manufacturing and distribution warehouse), office buildings (single-tenant and multi-tenant), multifamily developments (apartments and condominiums), single-family residential and various other special-use projects including eminent domain/condemnation appraisals, highest and best use analysis and market studies.
