A member of the downtown office leasing group, Brian Wyatt specializes in landlord representation in the downtown Baltimore Office Market and tenant representation in the Great Baltimore area and beyond. Brian is also a member of the firm’s National Legal Sector Advisory Group, co-directs its Baltimore area efforts, and has had the pleasure of assisting over 60 local, regional, and national law firms with their real estate needs.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2006, Brian was a practicing trial attorney with nearly a decade of experience -- most recently as a partner with the downtown firm of Anderson Coe & King, LLP. This background is unique in the industry and gives Brian’s clients the benefit of his methodical approach, diligence, persuasive communication skills, attention to detail, and aggressive advocacy at all phases of lease negotiations.
A life-long Baltimorean, Brian lives in Baltimore County with his wife and their four children.
