Profile

Cheri Shepherd serves as Executive Managing Director, Asset Services for Cushman & Wakefield’s Indianapolis office. She is responsible for the direction and leadership of the Indianapolis and Louisville property management staff. Prior to her role as Executive Managing Director, Cheri served as the Operations leader for the Americas and worked with Cushman & Wakefield’s President of Asset Services and its regional Asset Services leadership to provide operational oversight, the development and sharing of best practices, training initiatives, and the delivery of consistent first class customer service across all markets.
