Chris is a 20-year veteran of Downtown office leasing who recently came over to Cushman & Wakefield to anchor their new Agency Leasing Team. Chris spent his first 14 years as an agency leader at CBRE and most recently spent the past 6 years in the same role at JLL.
Chris started his career as an analyst for CBRE and quickly was moved to brokerage. While at CBRE, Mr. Cassata has made a name for himself as a specialist in the “adaptive reuse” sector of office leasing. He leased over 2 million square feet for Sterling Bay Companies for projects such as 564 West Randolph, 300 West Adams, 400 S Jefferson, 1000 W Fulton (1K Fulton) and 111 N Canal.
Most recently, Chris spearheaded the $35 million dollar renovation of 123 North Wacker for LaSalle Investments. Chris and his team recently completed over 150,000 square feet of new leases at the project.
