Mr. Githiari joined the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield, Washington, D.C. Inc. in April 2017. He has been a Certified General Appraiser since 2014 in Washington, DC, the State of Maryland, the State of Delaware, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Githiari was employed by Valbridge Property Advisors | Lipman, Frizzell and Mitchell, LLC. Where he completed numerous commercial appraisal assignments from initial property inspection through final report submission, primarily for national and regional lending institutions. His experience includes a broad range of commercial property types, which include retail, office, multifamily, industrial, vacant land as well as residential subdivision projects.
