Chris Jackson is a seasoned professional with nine years of project and construction management experience related to tenant improvements, building renovations, and facility & operations projects. He has successfully completed tenant improvements projects and delivered large-scale projects for many high-profile clients with high visibility. Chris provides a complete range of services for our clients including strategic planning, project management, estimating and budget control, scheduling, design and construction management, contract administration, move management, project close-out, and post construction.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris was a Project Manager with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, on the Eli Lilly Account, where he was responsible for delivering a variety of different projects on schedule and within budget. He provided overall management direction and maximized productivity and efficiency through constant communication. He also conducted scope reviews, prepared detailed budgets and was responsible for controlling costs throughout the project.

Chris served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was deployed in Afghanistan for multiple phases as well as Iwakuni, Japan. During his service, he oversaw certification of all maintenance work as well as projects performed on six aircrafts at once worth an estimated $52 million per aircraft. In his five years of service, he was awarded multiple Certificates of Commendation, Naval Achievement Medal, and many other awards.
