Dan Brogan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 after a decade engaged as an Asset Manager and Regional Executive within several property ownership organizations. In this capacity, Mr. Brogan was directly responsible for the leasing and day-to-day operations of a 13 million SF portfolio, encompassing more than 85 buildings throughout the Mid-Atlantic States, including 6 million SF of Center City Philadelphia high rise assets. Mr. Brogan started his career in commercial real estate in 1996 at the brokerage firm of Grubb & Ellis, advising institutional Landlords and Tenants in various facets of Real Estate, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning and financial analysis. At Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Brogan primarily advises tenants and Landlords on lease renewals, relocations, project leasing, and occupancy cost analysis.

Education and Professional Affiliations
Mr. Brogan is a graduate of the Catholic University of America, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Mr Brogan is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia chapter of NAIOP, a two time board member of the Building Owner Labor Relations Counsel, and the former Chairman of the BOMA Codes & legislation committee.
