Mr. Galleno joined Cushman & Wakefield Western, Inc. in May 2013. He is a Senior Director with the Valuation & Advisory group based in the San Francisco region. Mr. Galleno has extensive experience in the analysis of commercial and residential real estate. He has completed valuation assignments on a variety of property types and special use properties. Mr. Galleno has also provided professional assistance on a range of projects, including rent arbitration and valuation consulting assignments.

Specific responsibilities include preparation of narrative appraisals on vacant land; existing office, retail, industrial, multifamily and residential subdivision properties; specialty use properties; and proposed new construction and redevelopment projects.

As a member of the Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (DALS) practice, Mr. Galleno provides real estate economics research and valuation support for litigation and other specialized assignments. As a member of the Automobile Dealership practice, he has completed a number of valuations for new and used car dealerships in the Bay Area and surrounding markets. Mr. Galleno also regularly appraises industrial/logistics properties and portfolios throughout the Bay Area.

Mr. Galleno appraises affordable housing developments and has completed LIHTC and HUD-compliant rent studies for proposed and existing affordable housing developments. He has completed assignments for specialty airport properties and facilities, including cargo, maintenance, parking and FBO sites.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Galleno worked with Carneghi-Blum & Partners, Inc., based in the Walnut Creek/East Bay office, and as an independent residential appraiser throughout the Bay Area.
