Cushman & Wakefield’s Carlos Marquez and Sergio Acosta Lead Leasing Efforts at New, 1 million-square-foot industrial development in Schertz, Texas
SAN ANTONIO, February 24, 2025 – Core5 Industrial Partners, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, announced today the delivery of Core5 Logistics Center at Interstate 10 in Schertz, Texas, near San Antonio.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Carlos Marquez and Sergio Acosta are marketing the property for-lease to prospective users.
Core5 Logistics Center at Interstate 10 is located in San Antonio’s northeast corridor at N. Loop 1604 East and Interstate 10. Construction was completed in February 2025.
Building A is located at 10260 Viewpoint Ridge in Schertz, Texas, with 536,824 square feet of new, modern logistics space. The cross-dock building offers 110 dock-high doors, four drive-in doors, 36’ clear heights and 134 trailer-storage spaces.
Building B is located at 10264 Viewpoint Ridge in Schertz and has 468,280 square feet of new logistics space. The rear-load building offers 72 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, 36’ clear heights and 84 trailer storage spaces.
Additionally, Core5 Logistics Center at Interstate 10 is adjacent to the site of a new, $21.2 million H-E-B grocery store slated to open in late 2026.
