Dave joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2004 after a 29-year career with the Eastman Kodak Company as an Engineering/Maintenance Manager and Facilities/Plant Manager. Dave graduated from Maine Technical College with an A.A.S degree in Mechanical Technology and Finger Lakes Community College with an A.A.S degree in Business Administration.
Dave’s primary focus is in Industrial leasing and sales. He has been the Director of the Rochester Industrial Council since 2008 and coordinates and sets strategy for the Industrial group as well as mentoring new agents. To date he has completed over 175 transactions and 3.3 Square Feet with a leasing/sales volume of over $75 Million.
