Having facilitated more than $250 million in transactions, he has delivered exceptional results. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Drew served as Vice President at Avison Young, where he was recognized as a consistent top producer. In 2023, he was honored as the country’s top emerging leader in commercial real estate.

Drew’s career began in sales with Schaeffer Oil and Bonneville International, where he honed his business acumen in a variety of industries before transitioning to real estate. His educational background includes a cum laude graduation in 2009 from Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Communications. Before ASU, Drew attended Azusa Pacific University on a baseball scholarship.

Drew brought his expertise to the Cushman & Wakefield Healthcare Advisory Practice Group, specializing in both tenant and agency representation. His team was named the 2024 NAIOP Arizona Healthcare Broker Team of the Year and Globe St’s Healthcare Influencer of the Year.
