About

Elliot is an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Group and focuses on project advisory, landlord/tenant representation, and sales. He is based in San Diego.  

Elliot grew up in a healthcare family in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis-St. Paul area) and went on to earn degrees in economics and political science at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. From there he entered the political space as a campaign manager, running marketing campaigns, operations, and strategy for multiple candidates ranging from city council to congress. Through his grassroots work, Elliot became a specialist at getting out into the field and communicating with people, identifying issue trends, and navigating the complex political space.   

Elliot combines his specialized background in healthcare and politics with his real estate knowledge to help move deals forward and deliver unique solutions to medical/office projects and development sites.
