Ethan Silverstein is an Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He is the youngest Executive Vice Chairman in the firm’s 107-year-old history.

Since joining the firm in 2007, he has successfully completed over 2,300 transactions while representing startups, Fortune 500 companies and various landlords. His total transaction volume has exceeded over 20 million square feet of leasing.

He has completed transactions across multiple product types including office, industrial, data center and retail.

He is a Board Member at the Northside Center for Child Development and a trustee of the Citizens Budget Commission. Ethan graduated from Brown University.
