HOUSTON – February 15, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has hired David Endelman as Executive Managing Director for the firm’s Tenant Representation practice. He will be based in the firm’s Houston office.
Endelman is part of a team of 8 professionals, led by Doane Kelly and Kevin Kelly in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office, joining Cushman & Wakefield to add significant capabilities to service both occupier and investor clients, focused on workforce planning, location strategy, site selection and portfolio optimization. The team consists of data scientists, management consultants and real estate advisors and has a national and global focus.

Endelman has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and he has represented clients in the financial services, energy, legal, and tech industries. He has completed 15 million square feet of lease transactions. Endelman joins from Savills where he was a part of KLG Advisors, a consulting team that that advised Fortune 500 clients on global workforce and location strategy.
