Evan Lush is an Associate in the Capital Markets division of Cushman & Wakefield, focused on investment sales in New York City. While working for the Robert Burton Team, Evan has been a part of the valuation of over $3 billion worth of assets and has been actively involved in the procurement, marketing, and sale of over $200 million of commercial properties across the New York City Metro area.

Prior to being hired by the Cushman & Wakefield team in New York City, Evan graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, receiving a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He has gained extensive commercial real estate experience through working for the Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Investment and Leasing team and for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage under leading Vice Presidents, in Denver, Colorado.
