Gary is Director of Development for Cushman & Wakefield in the Americas. He is one of several leaders overseeing 600 staff performing development and project management services for clients. Gary has been the development leader on a wide range of building and industry product types from inception through occupancy.

He has been a featured speaker at industry conferences including the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of Architects and CoreNet Global. His articles have been published in a variety of business and trade journals and widely quoted in the press including the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, and Real Estate Forum.

Gary’s technical expertise includes planning, design, construction and financial feasibility analysis; land assemblage; underwriting packages; purchase and lease agreements; entitlements; contracts, construction management, and occupancy analysis. His industry experience includes healthcare, office, multi-family, hospitality, education, life-sciences, aviation, entertainment, cultural and sports.
