Jack DePuy, with 16 years of real estate experience, is a Executive Managing Director on the Cushman and Wakefield Northern Capital Markets Team. He focuses on providing institutional and private clients with acquisition and disposition solutions of office, industrial, R&D and land properties throughout Northern California. Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, Mr. DePuy was at CBRE where he was a Partner on the Institutional Investment Team in Northern California and prior to that held several management roles in CBRE’s Research Department in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento regions. Mr. DePuy has been involved in over $8.5 billion in private and institutional sales throughout Northern California, with a concentration on office and industrial investments in Silicon Valley.

Mr. DePuy resides in San Mateo, California with his wife and three children.
