Jack Meyers brings best-in-class practices to each of his clients drawing from his wide range of experience through a multitude of transactions across the country and within Philadelphia’s CBD. Jack has spent his entire 18-year career at Cushman & Wakefield where he has been involved in nearly 8.5 MSF of leases at a total value of over $2.0B. Jack takes a thorough and deeply analytical approach when advising clients both locally and nationally and prides himself in developing creative solutions. In addition to spearheading Cushman & Wakefield’s efforts on multiple national accounts that require coordination of numerous service lines offered by Cushman & Wakefield, Jack is also a member of the firm’s Legal Sector Advisory Group for the Philadelphia office as well as the Life Science Practice Group.

Awards & Recognition

Jack received C&W of Pennsylvania’s “Rookie of the Year” award in 2007, the Deal of the Year in both 2013 and 2016, the Most Valuable Player Award in 2013 and was C&W of Pennsylvania’s Top Office Producer for 2016. Jack was awarded the “Forty Under 40” Award by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2019.

Education

Jack attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in American History. He also completed the six-week McIntire School of Commerce Executive Business Development Program at the University of Virginia and earned a Finance and Accounting Certificate at the Wharton School’s Programs for Working Professionals at the University of Pennsylvania.
