About
Jeremy provides financial consulting support for our brokerage professionals and their clients both domestically and globally. Specifically, his role includes creating complex and sophisticated cash flow analyses and financial consulting for a broad range of real estate transactions. He comes to Cushman & Wakefield with over 15 years of commercial real estate research, transaction, and financial analytical experience.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he was with Vornado/Charles E. Smith (now JBG Smith) where he was the lead financial analyst for their metro Washington, DC office and retail leasing portfolio. He has also worked with CBRE’s Data Center Solution Group supporting their national and international business development as well as their research efforts.
His experience includes analyses of complex lease structures, sale-leaseback transactions, lease vs. ownership, investment sales, portfolios, occupancy strategies on cash and GAAP basis as well as pre- and after-tax basis, breakeven and financial model development for a variety of clients. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield he has been involved in over 500 transactions valued at over $5 billion.
