As Senior Marketing Manager, Jess leads our East Region Property Marketing team, which supports the agency leasing business in several key markets including Washington DC, New York, Boston, Baltimore, and Philadelphia. In this capacity, she oversees a team of creative marketers and designers who excel in branding, messaging, and campaign development, all aimed at marketing that drives visibility, market interaction and leasing activity for our broker teams.  

Jess has over 13 years' experience in placemaking efforts as a marketing leader with renowned companies such as Whole Foods Market and CAVA as well as prominent CRE owners such as Jamestown and Federal Realty Investment Trust. Jess has a unique understanding of the invaluable role that innovative digital and physical marketing plays in elevating brand strategy and focus to fulfill client needs.   

Currently, Jess and her team of 16 are delivering innovative property marketing solutions for over 150 million square feet of available space across more than 875 properties.
