Over the span of his 20-year career, Joe Brady has focused exclusively on representing occupiers of commercial real estate. Based in Cushman & Wakefield’s San Jose office, Joe has advised some of the world’s most prominent technology companies on real estate decisions in complex markets around the globe.

Joe has been involved in significant and complex relocations, lease renewals, terminations, subleases, sales, expansions and new lease negotiations. As an avid tenant representative, Joe provides full-service transaction management and expert counseling throughout the entire real estate process with the goal of efficient occupancy costs, reduced risk and ultimately flexible terms and conditions. Besides his applicable skills in management, market research and financial forecasting, Joe is an excellent communicator and client-first broker. By listening to all of the needs of his clients, Joe can assure all of their business objectives are accomplished or surpassed.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Joe was with Savills for 7 years and before that, Cresa for 13 years.
