Mr. Connett has over 30 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in project management and construction industries. He began his professional career with a construction subcontractor learning the nuts and bolts of the industry and progressed quickly to overseeing field operations and project management in Colorado. As a Project Manager, work was focused on small interior projects, build to suit and light industrial projects.

After relocating to Texas, Mr. Connett joined Warwick Construction in Houston where he managed construction of numerous retail and restaurant projects - most of which were repeat clients – concurrently. Projects were located in multiple markets nationwide and ranged from interior build outs and remodels to ground up restaurants and big box stores.

Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield team, Mr. Connett was a Project Manager for the largest interior contractor in Houston. While working at Harvey builders, his responsibilities included estimating, preconstruction, constructability review, and management of projects. Duties varied between management of several projects concurrently to focused delivery of up to $100 million campus projects during his tenure.
