Josh joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and co-leads the Corporate Capital Markets Group "CCM". CCM works with Cushman’s leading Leasing, Tenant Representation, and Capital markets teams to provide advice, analysis and execution on behalf of Corporations / Institutional owners in the sale-leaseback monetization and disposition of single-tenant assets throughout the country.

Based in Chicago and Cincinnati, Josh brings over 20years of experience in credit markets and capital markets transactions where he worked to serve the interests of institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, bank loan portfolios, mutual funds, and family offices.  Throughout his career Josh has been directly involved in raising both debt and equity capital for public companies as well as private investment initiatives. Josh’s understanding of corporate debt markets and broader fixed markets allows him to effectively engage real estate clients in helping them to align their real estate portfolios with their need for financial flexibility.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Josh was part of the portfolio management team of the JP Morgan Asset Management High Yield business unit where the group managed the JP Morgan High Yield Mutual fund, the JP Morgan Disciplined High Yield ETF, as well as significant separate institutional investor mandates.

Prior to joining JP Morgan, Mr. McGee worked for Credit Suisse Group and Deutsche Bank in roles of credit sales and structuring where he was responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing high-yield and investment grade debt transactions for various institutional investors.
