Justin Collins is an accomplished real estate advisor and Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Los Angeles office. He leads with a strategic mindset, focusing on value creation, cost efficiency, and risk management for a broad range of clients. With extensive expertise in Tenant Representation, Agency Leasing, and Development, Justin delivers a comprehensive, solutions- oriented approach to every assignment.

Over the course of his 23-year career, Justin and his high-performing team have completed more than 20 million square feet of leasing transactions. He has advised a diverse mix of occupiers, institutional landlords, and investors—both locally and nationally—bringing clarity and confidence to complex deal structures, multi-market strategies, lease negotiations, and acquisition/disposition efforts.

Justin currently serves as the Cushman & Wakefield Account Lead for the County of Los Angeles portfolio, totaling approximately 7 million square feet. His portfolio of work spans the public and private sectors across Southern California, including notable transactions with major tech firms, healthcare organizations, and government agencies.
