Kalil Jenab is Vice Chairman and specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the Silicon Valley. With over 35 years of experience in Tenant and Landlord representation, he has closed over $3 Billion transactions in our local market. As a respected commercial real estate expert, he has successfully completed each transaction which required extensive canvassing of local market, employee commute pattern review, space programming, preparing RFPs to top contenders, financial analysis of responses, letter of intent negotiations, help finalizing deal terms and
the lease, and assisting with the design and construction implementation.
