Kat is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield and joined the Rocky Mountain Land Services Team to focus on raw land throughout Colorado. Kat and her team are dedicated to tailoring the best opportunities for their clients by maximizing land value and facilitating seamless transactions. She is a seasoned land professional with more than 15 years of experience in the energy and land sector.  

Kat’s niche lies in discovering off-market properties and listings, and land banking opportunities for long-term investments. Her expertise includes raw land, oil & gas, renewables, transmission, right-of-way acquisition, project management, and permitting. In her first year as a commercial broker, she successfully facilitated transactions involving 1,000 acres of raw land in the Denver Metro Area, representing both buyers and sellers.  

Previously, she worked at ConocoPhillips in eastern Colorado and served as a Senior Right-of-Way Specialist at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Company. 

Outside of work, Kat enjoys skiing, working with horses, golfing, weightlifting, and spending quality time with family.
