About

Keith Manson is the Northern California Market Lead for Multifamily Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield. He has been in the investment real estate brokerage business for 20 years with a focus on Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, and Land in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Manson and his team are consistently one of the top investment brokerage teams in the Bay Area.

Prior to Cushman and Wakefield, Mr. Manson was consistently ranked as one of the top ten brokers for CBRE’s East Bay offices. Before joining CBRE, Keith worked at Wheelhouse Investment Real Estate Brokerage and Arroyo and Coates. Keith is also a real estate investor with individual and partial ownership of over 200 apartment units.

Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara where he is also participated in four years of Division 1 swimming. Keith is an avid cyclist and outdoor sports enthusiast. He, his wife and two daughters live in Danville, CA.
