Kelly Vea is a Real Estate Advisor with Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks. Born and raised on Oahu, Kelly’s deep local roots has given her intimate knowledge of the areas she now represents. She graduated cum laude from the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a BBA in Finance and MIS (Management and Information Systems). This unique pairing allows her to utilize financial analysis and information technology to her client’s advantage. Ms. Vea’s primary focus is representing both tenants and landlords throughout Oahu’s industrial markets. Backed by Cushman & Wakefield’s global resources, Kelly is able to understand trends and drivers in the market as a whole. She also focuses on local market indicators to develop a well-rounded comprehension. With a positive attitude, dedication, and hard work, she strives to fulfill clients’ needs.
