Ken joined Thalhimer in August of 2000 as an associate broker after twelve years’ association with Carpenter Brothers, Inc. Realtors, a former Peninsula firm in which Ken served as Vice President. Coupled with Ken’s 28 years as a licensed real estate professional and his 60 year native roots to the Peninsula, Ken has achieved both a successful and working knowledge of the Peninsula commercial marketplace. Ken specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing. In addition to office and industrial sales, Ken has completed significant investment sales within the self-storage industry and manufactured mobile home communities. Ken currently holds a Brokers license in Virginia.
