Mr. Gibbs is a Senior Consultant for Cushman & Wakefield’s Total Workplace consulting group. Mr. Gibbs is responsible for advising, mentoring, and implementing location, portfolio, and workplace solutions for clients. For 9 years he strategically aligned real estate with the operational needs of owners and occupiers by conducting location analysis, labor strategy, workplace transformation, portfolio optimization and change management. He also has expertise in urban planning and site redevelopment to supports financial, environmental and social goals. He uses these experiences to provide clients information needed to make informed decisions.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Gibbs was a Business Development Manager for JLL where he assisted clients with site selection and logistics solutions. He also has a deep background in healthcare organizations, local government, research universities, non-profits, operations research management, geographic information systems, and economic impact studies
