Kirsten Ryan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked at The Goldstar Group managing the firm’s office portfolio and conducting market research for potential acquisitions. Kirsten holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a degree in Business Management from Salisbury University. She is a member of the firms DC Metro Healthcare Advisory Practice and provides strategic advisory and brokerage services to physician practice groups, hospital systems, investors in healthcare real estate, insurance providers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies both regionally and nationally.
