Kyle Griffith is a Senior Director and Dallas Market Leader within Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services (PDS) group, which provides comprehensive development and project management services for owners and tenants. With more than 17 years of construction management and project management experience, Griffith provides exceptional service for a variety of industries, including corporate office, retail, mission critical, healthcare, and industrial. Since 2013, he has managed over 8 million square feet of projects.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Griffith served in a similar role at JLL on a diverse variety of large and small projects. He began his career as a Project Engineer for DPR Construction in Austin, where he managed large and complex projects under aggressive schedules and lean budgets. He also has experience working for The Staubach Company and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.
Griffith leverages his management expertise on behalf of clients to mitigate the risks associated with complex projects, to build high-functioning project teams, and to produce quantifiable results. His strength is the ability to lead projects large and small, ground-up and interiors, across many different industry sectors.
