Lee is highly skilled in lease renewal and negotiation of new leases, as well as navigating labor union negotiations. Lee held key roles at WS Development and Jamestown in their Boston offices. Most recently, he served as Director of Project Management and Land Development for Avison Young, overseeing operations in the Southeast region (SC, NA, GA, TN).
