Liza Medina is the Deal Desk Manager for the Southeast and Tri-State Regions and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Deal Desk's delivery of Deal Management services on behalf of the Cushman & Wakefield Central – Midwest Region. The Deal Desk Manager oversees the Deal Desk's service delivery, analyzes team performance and workload, and contributes to the professional development of all team members, as well as serves as a key contributor to the Deal Desk's maturity with involvement in establishing standardized processes, implementing best practices, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to ensure sustained delivery of high-quality, efficient services to Cushman & Wakefield's brokers.

She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as the Operations Manager for South Florida where she was responsible for the overall operations of the South Florida offices inclusive of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and Stuart.  She drove business objectives and activities, aligns Cushman & Wakefield resources to ensure client satisfaction and overall office efficiency, and helps to execute Florida’s aggressive growth strategy & initiatives.

Liza has extensive experience in operational and sales strategy development, account development and growth, talent development, and client retention. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Liza was with CareersUSA, a national recruiting firm, since 2012 as the Southeast Regional Manager, where she worked with the Vice President of Operations and the CEO in order to increase sales and revenue, monitor operations, and supervise the day-to-day activities for five locations. 

She has been active in her community ever since forming the first National Youth Advisory Committee for the American Red Cross and serving as President at the age of 17. She also enjoys working with organizations such as Kids In Distress (KIDS), the American Breast Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity.  She served on the 2019 Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton CREW Board as Co-Chair for the Programs Committee, is currently on the Member Services Committee for Miami CREW and is a founding member and current National Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) promoting Hispanic and Latino Advancement (HOLA).
