In his career, he has underwritten dozens of completed acquisitions and has handled all phases of commercial development. He also has extensive relationships across national politics and non-profits. Marcus uses his unique experience and skill set to facilitate complex transactions.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Marcus served as a Vice President of Investments at Redbrick LMD. He was formerly a Director at Neighborhood Development Company where he focused on acquisitions and development. Previously, he worked at Four Points, The JBG Companies, and Morgan Stanley.
