MariaGrace Iantosca joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as member of Ben Brenner’s global corporate services team. Over the last two years, MariaGrace has completed over 91 transactions totaling over 1.7M SF in office, warehouse and lab transactions. Among many others, she serves as the account manager for a $48bn consumer electronics company’s 7,000,000 SF global real estate portfolio, one of Cushman & Wakefield’s largest clients. In this role, she coordinates all of their real estate transactions throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico, and oversees their lease administration database, where she applies best practices to drive value for the firm. Maria is known to be a proactive and critical thinker in real estate strategy development and in part, her success has been bred from a close bond and trust that she instills with clients.
